Privacy policy

This page explains what data this website processes, why, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who is responsible

2. Visiting this website

The website is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. To show you the page and protect it against attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data of each visit: your IP address, the page requested, date and time, browser and device type, and the referring page.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking tools. Fonts are loaded from this website itself, not from Google or another provider.

3. Visitor statistics

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It works without cookies or other data stored on your device and does not build profiles of individual visitors. It records aggregate figures such as page views, referring pages, browser type and country.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. The request form

When you send the form, we receive your email address, your offer page or price list, your number of new clients per month, your rough monthly revenue, and, if the link you used contained one, a short tag showing which link brought you here.

We use this only to prepare and send the Price Check you asked for and to reply to you. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

The form is handled by Formspree, Inc., USA, which receives the submission, checks it for spam and forwards it to us by email. Formspree processes the data in the United States. This transfer is necessary to handle the request you send (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR).

5. Email

If you email us, or we reply to your request, the emails are processed with Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for requests about our services, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

6. How long data is kept

Form submissions and emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request and any work that follows. Records we must keep for tax and accounting are kept for the period the law requires, then deleted.

7. Your rights

• Access to the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
• Correction (Art. 16) and deletion (Art. 17)
• Restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20)
• Objection to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21)

8. Automated decisions

We do not make automated decisions or create profiles. Every Price Check is prepared by a person.
